Seed potato “Violetta”

"Violetta" is, as its name suggests, a thoroughly blue to purple potato that has a pleasant and strong taste. It was bred in 2004 from the varieties "Ratte" and "Baltica" and was originally called "Blue Elise". . It is blue-purple fleshed and has an intense taste. Their shell is also blue and very smooth.

As boiled, boiled, fried potatoes or colorful potato salad , it brings color and variety to the plate.
